DAY 2
MORNING PRAYER
Today is Canada Health Day. It is celebrated in health care facilities and community service centres across the country. This day reminds us that health and healing are essential to our baptismal vocation. We are called to take responsibility for our personal health, as well as the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health of our communities.
Dear God,
Thank you for all of the people who dedicate their lives
to bettering the health
of others.
We ask You to
bless health care workers,
and to guide
each of us to continue to live by our baptismal vows
and to love and
care for one another.
We ask this
through Jesus’ name.
Amen
